✨ Introduction: What Is Prayer?

Prayer is our personal and ongoing communication with God. It is more than asking for things—it is talking with Him, listening to His voice, worshiping Him, confessing our sins, and trusting Him with every part of our lives. Prayer keeps our hearts connected to God and reminds us that we depend on Him daily. Through prayer, we grow in faith, peace, and spiritual maturity.

🙏 What Does It Mean to Pray Constantly?

Praying constantly does not mean praying nonstop with words, but living in continual awareness of God’s presence. It means keeping our hearts open to Him in every situation—whether in joy or sorrow, work or rest. A praying life is a life surrendered to God, trusting Him in all circumstances.

📖 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
