Music Ministry Policy (Summary)
Purpose
The Music Ministry exists to glorify God and lead His people into worship.
“Sing to the Lord, for He has done glorious things.” — Isaiah 12:5
Expectations of Members and Leaders
All members must:

Live a Christ-centered life (Philippians 1:27)

Serve with humility and unity (Ephesians 4:2–3)

Attend rehearsals and services faithfully (1 Corinthians 4:2)

Submit to ministry and church leadership (Hebrews 13:17)
Leadership Responsibility
Leaders are called to:

Lead by example (1 Timothy 4:12)

Shepherd the team with love (1 Peter 5:2–3)

Protect unity and spiritual health (Matthew 5:9)
Conflict, Discipline, and Restoration

Conflicts are handled biblically (Matthew 18:15–17)

Temporary removal may occur to protect the ministry

Restoration requires repentance, apology, and reconciliation
“Restore that person gently.” — Galatians 6:1
Final Principle
Character comes before platform.
Leadership is a calling, not a right.
“To whom much is given, much will be required.” — Luke 12:48
Music Ministry Code of Conduct Agreement
As a member or leader of the Music Ministry, I understand that worship is a sacred calling. I commit to serve God and His people with integrity, humility, and unity.
I COMMIT TO:
Live a life that honors Christ in public and private
“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31
Serve with humility, respect, and teamwork
“In humility value others above yourselves.” — Philippians 2:3
Submit to church and ministry leadership
“Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority.” — Hebrews 13:17
Maintain unity and avoid gossip, division, or disrespect
“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit.” — Ephesians 4:3
Accept correction, accountability, and restoration when needed
“The Lord disciplines the one He loves.” — Hebrews 12:6
I understand that violation of this Code of Conduct may result in temporary suspension from ministry for correction and restoration.
I willingly submit to this commitment as an act of worship unto the Lord.
